Return and Refund
All products sold are NON-EXCHANGEABLE, NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you received incorrect items, missing items or damaged/defective items, you may be eligible for an exchange or a store credit refund.
To be eligible for returns/exchange:
- Return/ exchange request must be made within 5 calendar days upon receiving your order.
- Item must be in the original condition that you received it. It must be unworn, unwashed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Items purchase during promotional events (eg 11.11 Sales, Clearance sales) are not eligible for return, refund and exchange.
- One order only allows to return 1 time.
- Any shipping costs associated with the return of the item(s) will borne by customer, and buyers hold full responsibility until the parcel reach us.
- We would require visual proof (picture) of the incorrect/damage/defect during your first inspection of the item, all items must be returned within 5-working days upon your request approved.
- We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions.

Sold Out Item
Goods sold are not refundable except for sold out item.
Proceed for refund including shipping fee paid during the purchase if all of the products from same order are being refunded. If only a few of products from the same order needs be refunded, then the shipping fee paid during buyer purchase will NOT be refunded.
Warranty
If your item come with a warranty, it must be claimed with the original product manufacturer. Kindly note that ALL shipping costs associated with the return of the item(s) will borne by customer.
