How soon can I receive my purchase?

READY STOCK ITEM: Orders will be shipped in 1-3 working days upon payment verification, and delivery within Malaysia will take 2 to 14 working days. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.

PRE-ORDER ITEM: Pre-Order items will take 15 - 21 or more working days to arrive. Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as the products arrive in our warehouse. For more information, please proceed to our Purchase Notes . 

Can I change my delivery address?

We regret to inform you that the delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been confirmed.

Can I cancel or amend a paid order?

Prior to placing your order, you will be able to view the contents and total amount in your shopping cart. Once the order number is generated, any amendments to your order will no longer be possible. Hence, we would like to remind you to review your order carefully before submitting your payment.

Can I request for a return or refund for my purchases?

Refund or exchange of products can be arranged under the following reasons:

• If any product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition; or
• if the wrong product which is different from the order is delivered; or
• if the pre-order item is out of stock.

Can I choose my preferred courier service company? 

Your order will be delivered to you via the service of a courier service company of our choice.
